Whether you’re planning your full wedding day or simply your reception, our venue offers complete flexibility. We provide everything you need, including tables, chairs, white tablecloths, heating for the colder months, and fully staffed bars in both the marquee and beach bar. We recommend a minimum of 70 guests to make the most of the space, with capacity for up to 170 seated guests, and the option to welcome additional evening guests for a larger celebration.

For ceremonies, we ask that you contact Wokingham Borough Council, who will arrange your ceremony details, while our dedicated events planner works closely with you to ensure every element of your day is flawlessly organised. From entertainment and styling to trusted supplier recommendations, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. You can also enhance your celebration with our party extras, including light-up LOVE or Mr & Mrs letters, white post boxes, and beautiful table flowers to match our marquee décor.

Our experienced team will seamlessly set up your ceremony space and transform it into the reception of your dreams, using either our décor or your own personal touches. While we work our magic, your guests can enjoy the beach bar in the summer months or relax in our stylish Sunset Bar during the winter—complete with drinks, entertainment, welcome drinks, and canapés.
